•Perform routine pre-flight inspections of aircraft structure, engines, mechanical and fuel system •Operated wide range of tools and specialty equipment to complete maintenance and repairs•Capable of performing hands-on duties such as disassembling aircraft systems, removal of defective components and installing replacement parts, components and structures•Experience gained in designing of testing equipment and modification of different aircraft systems •Managed and responsible of opening bill of work, prepared task cards and work pack for C and D checks as well as budgeting of manpower and resources•Prepared cost benefit studies and provide visibility on major modifications and detailed engineering orders of Outstanding Work (OSW ) for management approval•Developed and submitted overall time plan and schedule for design, modification or maintenance of aircraft and systems•Analyzed compliance with applicable quality system elements, relevant standards, processes and initiates any required corrective and preventative actions, verifies the response and effectiveness of the implementations
•Performed light and heavy maintenance of Electrical, Instrumentation, Communication, Navigation and Radar systems of Boeing and Airbus aircrafts•Conducted testing of different systems and components regarding their malfunctioning by using specified tester•Managed different Checks (Transit Check, Weekly Check and LayOver Check) according to the international aviation standards, rules and regulation at specific given time to avoid any accident, failure or malfunction of the system•Performed fully Open up Checks (Check ‘C’ & Check ‘D’) in which complete removal and installation is performed to rectify in depth damage, breakage, chaffing or any other abnormality to make the system safe and secure for coming years•Installed and removed different components including engines, generators, motors, batteries, electronic computers, indicators, transceivers, radars, antennas, alarms, relays, switches, sensors, actuators, chillers, junction boxes etc.•Prepared documents of tasks or checks including entries in log book and slip, duty register, service bulletin, check list or task card to maintain a complete record•Project: Participated in designing and developing of testing setup for Airbus 320 aircraft as well as EASA approval of ATEC system for testing of Boeing and Airbus avionics component

Project Duties:
•Develops lay-up and assembly set-ups and techniques for the fabrication of composite structural and
assemblies. Sets up and troubleshoots composite parts for assembly or layup.
•Assembles, lays up, or supports via autoclave, GFM, and other processes the fabrication of parts and
components. Identify nonconforming detail parts, assemblies and processes. Work with engineering to
improve manufacturing processes.
Skill Set & Experience Required:
High School GED or equivalent
1-3 years of experience or combination of education/experience
computer literate
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs,
