Jay Logie :: CEO/Founder

Born and raised in Toronto Ontario, grew to learn and love all technology – he now has more than 30 years’ experience in both manufacturing and maintenance with both military and civilian sectors and on a wide variety of aircraft, based in mechanics and structures.

Over the years he has also raced and organized racing for motorcycles, snowmobiles, trucks and boats. These two components have driven Jay to become a technical and competitive problem solver known for getting the job done.

His consistent high performance, extensive experience and knowledge has led him to the company ATG is today.

Leading the charge to establish manpower and inspection programs; embodiment of major repair and conversion work including: winglets; stretch and cargo door conversions; lap joints, floor beams, engine beams and pressure bulkheads to name a few.

As an innovator he currently works with other technical companies and universities developing unique sustainable technology projects for various markets.

With ATG inception in 1999, this too was an innovation project with targeted focus to bring more accountability and value into the Aircraft Maintenance and manufacturing skilled labor market.

Tammy Cook

Tammy is a seasoned manager with a work history that illustrates strong strategic management skills, a background in Human Resources and career focused on delivering high levels of employment and customer service. She demonstrates a real commitment to ensuring an organization is equipped to support continued growth and success.

Tammy provides excellent communication and leadership skills. She is recognized by management and staff for a positive approach to training, supervising and staff motivation, as well as dealing with National and International Corporate Executives.

Being raised and living in the Okanagan has allowed her to enjoy all that it has to offer. From hiking to a local sporting event. Time with her kids/family or just watching a sunset is how she completes her weekends. You will never see her without a smile on her face.

Chase Snoek

Chase Snoek, ATG Technician Support, is a Thompson Rivers University graduate with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing. He has recently joined ATG after two years living in London, England working as a Recruitment Consultant. He is Okanagan born and raised and is excited to be back working in the area again. He has a long track record of excellent customer service and relationship building. Those two areas of a business are something that he takes very seriously and finds the most joy in. Chase loves to work as part of a team and is focused on meeting deadlines in a quick and timely manner with an emphasis on accuracy. This being his first working experience in the aircraft industry, he is keen to learn and understand all aspects of the technician world and to use his skills to develop support programs and procedures to enhance ATG’s operations. Chase can be found spending his free time exploring the outdoors with family and friends or simply sitting at home with a good book.

Phil Bischoff

Phil grew up in Kelowna and joined the Canadian Armed Forces attending Royal Roads Military College. Phil served with the Royal Canadian Air Force for 25 years as an Air Combat Systems Officer (ACSO), accumulating over 3500 flying hours on the CC130 and CT142 aircraft. He conducted operational missions, including Search & Rescue and Strategic Transport in Canada and overseas supporting deployed Canadian and allied troops.

Phil spent four years on an exchange tour with the United States Air Force in Denver, Colorado supporting Air Force Space Command. He served as a Mission Crew Commander, Chief of Operations Training and Director of Operations. In addition, Phil completed tours at 1 Canadian Air Division, National Defence Headquarters and instructing new ACSOs at the Canadian Forces Air Navigation School.

After leaving the service, Phil continued his career as a Director of Operations in the aviation industry leading a team providing avionics hardware and software solutions to a variety of commercial and government operators to improve their operations and capabilities.

Phil joined ATG in April 2019, and will leverage his aviation experience and people management skills to provide efficiencies and value to Aircraft Maintenance stakeholders engaged with ATG.

Susan Stopchyki

Susan brings to ATG over thirty years of experience working directly with people from various backgrounds. Her extensive experience, diversified set of skills and colorful personality has afforded her opportunities to create, manage, and operate a number of non-profit employment programs within various communities. Her exceptional people skills and attention to detail has allowed her to foster long-term relationships with candidates and customers a like – bringing them together for a successful joint venture. She is resourceful and goes the extra mile to ensure needs are met with all parties involved. She’s also full of energy and brings a solid set of administrative skills, is detailed oriented and communicates well. Susan loves the Canadian & Okanagan lifestyle; from water sports, golf, hiking and wine tours in the summer to skiing at every opportunity in the winter.

Emily Smit

Emily is new to the aviation industry but is eager and excited to advance her knowledge and understanding of its various aspects. Having spent years in customer service and retail, she is looking forward to developing skills learned there and applying them to enhance ATG’s position in the industry. She believes hard work and dedication is the best way to complete a job and welcomes others’ assistance to achieve the best possible outcome. Emily has traveled often and has learned that quick thinking and adapting to change is an asset to remember in both a personal and professional environment.

Since Emily has recently moved to the area from Kamloops BC, she is looking forward to exploring the outdoors and the new scenery. If she’s not dreaming of different places to visit, she’s catching up on a good book or enjoying time with her friends and family.


Jenna Boulianne, HR Leader, graduated from Okanagan College with a Business Admin Degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to working for ATG she gained 10 plus years experience working in various office settings. She has excellent work ethic and strength in boosting company morale. People would best describe her as a go-getter, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. She is a dedicated team player. She passionate about working in the aircraft industry; her father is a pilot and she grew up around planes. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her two young kids and mini dachshund. She also enjoys documentaries, a good book, and cooking. Jenna currently resides in Vernon, BC.
